Here is what we’re doing to help our neighbors - because
we believe no neighbor should have to go without
Sabattus Food Pantry
Our food pantry is located at 61 Lisbon Road in Sabattus, Maine - located at the back of the Dominican Sisters Convent.
Open for Neighbor Access:
Mondays (9:30 - 10:30)
Tuesdays (09:00 - 10:00)
Wednesdays (09:00 - 10:00)
The Food Pantry is open to residents of:
Sabattus, Litchfield, Wales, Greene, Turner, Lisbon, Lisbon Falls, Monmouth.
Our food pantry currently operates a hybrid model of neighbor choice and prepared shelf-stable boxes. Each neighbor is given a box of prepared shelf-stable food, a selection of frozen meat and vegetables, and neighbors are able to choose from donated breads/pastries, fruits, vegetables, and personal hygiene products.
Check-In
Neighbors are asked to wait in line - upon their turn they will check in with a volunteer and receive their items and choose from the items that we have available.
Winter Weather: In the event of winter weather that results in the cancellation or remote learning for RSU 4 - the food pantry will also be closed. All closures will also be announced on this website via an announcement bar.
